Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing access to The Foundation online course (hereinafter referred to as "the Program"). By purchasing access to the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of The Foundation online course ("the Program") provided by STEFANIE RENSINK ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Program.

1. Scope of Access:

Upon purchase, you will have access to The Foundation online course for a duration of three months from the date of purchase. If you opt for any add-ons, such as supplementary materials or extended support, you will receive 6 weeks of access to these specific features.

2. Individual Use:

Your login credentials are intended for your individual use only. Sharing your login information with others is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms. Any unauthorized sharing may result in the suspension or termination of your account without refund.

3. Refunds and Cancellations:

Due to the digital nature of the Program and the limited access period, all sales are final and non-refundable. It is your responsibility to review all program details before making a purchase.

However, if you choose to cancel your purchase within 14 days and have not yet accessed or begun the Program, you are eligible for a refund.

4. Technical Support:

If you encounter any technical issues, such as difficulty accessing content or navigating the platform, please contact our support team on hello@stefanierensink.com for assistance. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any technical problems promptly. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Program.

5. Expiration of Access:

The access period for the Program is finite and non-recurring. After the three-month access period expires, your access to the Program will automatically terminate. If you wish to continue accessing the Program beyond this period, you must make another purchase.

6. Intellectual Property:

All content provided in the Program, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, and materials, is the intellectual property of STEFANIE RENSINK and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the Program content without our prior written consent.

7. Governing Law:

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Dutch law.

8. Modification of Terms:

We reserve the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

9. Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall STEFANIE RENSINK, its affiliates, or its licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Program.

10. Entire Agreement:

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and STEFANIE RENSINK regarding your access to and use of the Program, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.

By purchasing access to the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not proceed with the purchase of access to the Program.
